MaxHealth is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant/Front Office Float to work across our Sarasota County clinics, including Venice and North Port. You will assist physicians, prepare patient rooms, take histories and vitals, and perform front desk tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires phlebotomy experience, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with EMR/EHR.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy with EMR/EHR systems.
• Proficient in general computer use.

Aufgaben

• Prepare examination and procedure rooms and assist physicians during exams.
• Greet and triage patients, obtain histories, vitals, and measurements.
• Perform front desk tasks such as scheduling and managing documents.
• Assist with administrative duties including pre-authorizations and records.
