Starting salary is $20.00 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days. Benefits include health, 401k, life insurance, long-term disability, paid holidays, and PTO. 40 hours per week, multiple clinics around Sarasota County.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy with EMR/EHR systems.
• Proficient with computers and software commonly used in medical offices.
• Experience with managing medical records.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and triage them upon arrival.
• Prepare examination and procedure rooms for physician visits.
• Obtain patient histories, vital signs, and measurements.
• Schedule appointments and procedures; manage related paperwork.
• Assist with examinations, procedures, and treatments; handle front desk tasks.
