Responsibilities

• Greets and escorts patients to exam rooms and collects initial information and vital signs.
• Prepares exam rooms ensuring cleanliness and supplies are available.
• Assists with and/or performs exams, tests and procedures.
• Schedules appointments and coordinates referrals as needed.
• Assists providers during examinations and procedures.
• Educates patients on follow-up expectations.
• Maintains medical equipment in proper working condition.
• Handles office tasks including phones, messaging, data entry, and basic deposits.
