• Steady the room during a rapid response — assign roles, call out timing, keep the chaos quiet.
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Run point on Medication Reconciliation education days, translating clinical guidance into language patients keep.
• Mentor 3-month Medical Assistant residents through their first solo Medication Reconciliation procedures.
