Job summary

USA Vein Clinics in Arlington, TX is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians, greet patients, and maintain smooth clinic workflow. You will document vitals, assist with procedures, and ensure a positive patient experience using EMR/EHR systems.

The role requires 1–2 years of clinical experience, completion of a MA training program, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Training is fully paid, and the team offers growth in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or expected.
• 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience as MA or similar role.
• Experience documenting vitals and patient information in EMR/EHR.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program; CMA/CCMA/RMA preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is required or preferred.
• Experience phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection is a plus.

Position Summary:

As a Medical Assistant, you would balance the needs of patients and maintain efficient work flow of the office as well as provide support to the physician in all facets of medical procedures - before during and after. In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Locations: Arlington, Fort Worth, and Southlake clinics
• Compensation: $21-$24/hr
• Paid training

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR).
• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification.
• Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems.
• Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.
• Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments.
• Leverage bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of hands-on clinical experienceas a Medical Assistant or in a similar direct patient care role (e.g., Medical Assistant externship, CNA, HHA, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician)
• Experience performing clinical duties such asvital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or current CMA, CCMA, or RMA preferred
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment,
• Fluency in Spanish & English
