Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; basic computer skills.
• Graduate of Medical Assistant program with externship.
• CMA or RMA certification preferred; BLS certification recommended.
• EPIC EMR experience is preferred.
• LPN/EMT or equivalent clinical background accepted.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guiding them through the care experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Collecting medical histories and recording information accurately.
• Measuring and recording vital signs with precision.
• Preparing patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding.
• Providing clinical support to physicians during patient encounters.
• Upholding high standards of medical assisting practice.

Education
