Job summary

Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic in the Greater Raleigh Area seeks a Medical Assistant to support physicians during procedures and exams, ensuring a seamless clinical experience for patients from start to finish.

This full-time float position covers multiple locations. You will assist with setup, order management, injections, wound care, casts and splints, lab tests, and patient education, while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service in a fast-paced clinical setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication.
  • Experience applying casts/splints and administering injections preferred.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records systems is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work with urgency.
  • Reliable follow through to support team workflow and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Apply and assist with casts and splints; perform wound care and dressing changes
  • Remove sutures and provide patient education on aftercare

Were seeking a reliable and detail oriented Medical Assistant to join our collaborative care team. In this role youll support physicians during procedures and exams while ensuring a seamless clinical experience for patients from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
