Saint Luke's invites motivated individuals to join its 10-week paid Medical Assistant Cohort Program designed to provide education, hands-on training, and support to become a successful Medical Assistant. Next Cohort Start Date: January 11.

The program is full-time with Weeks 1-5 in classroom, Weeks 5-8 in hands-on clinical training, and Weeks 9-10 orientation in your assigned home clinic with a Success Coach.

Qualificações

• Less than 1 year applicable experience.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross is required.

Responsabilidades

• Complete a 10-week paid Medical Assistant Cohort Program.
• Attend full-time classroom and hands-on clinical training.
• Transition into a full-time Medical Assistant role at the assigned home clinic after completion.

This is a featured full-time opportunity.

Program Structure

Weeks 1-5: Classroom instruction and skills development

Weeks 5-8: Hands-on clinical training with an instructor

Weeks 9-10: Orientation and training within your assigned home clinic alongside a Success Coach

Attendance Requirement

This is an intensive full-time training program. Attendance is mandatory Monday through Friday throughout the entire 10-week cohort. Participants must successfully complete all classroom, clinical, and clinic-based training requirements.

Your Career After the Cohort

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition directly into a full-time Medical Assistant position within Saint Luke's Physician Group at their assigned home clinic.
