Job summary

Saint Luke's offers a 10-week paid Medical Assistant Cohort Program designed to educate and train you for a successful Medical Assistant role. The program runs full-time with classroom instruction, hands-on clinical training, and an orientation with a Success Coach in your assigned home clinic.

Upon completion, participants transition into a full-time Medical Assistant position within Saint Luke's Physician Group.

Qualifications

• Experience: Less than 1 year.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Complete 10-week paid training with classroom and clinical components.
• Transition to full-time Medical Assistant within Saint Luke's Physician Group at your home clinic.

MEDICAL ASSISTANT COHORT PROGRAM

Saint Luke's is offering a 10-week paid Medical Assistant Cohort Program designed to provide the education, hands-on training, and support needed to become a successful Medical Assistant. This is a featured full-time opportunity.

Program Structure

Weeks 1-5: Classroom instruction and skills development

Weeks 5-8: Hands-on clinical training with an instructor

Weeks 9-10: Orientation and training within your assigned home clinic alongside a Success Coach

Attendance Requirement

This is an intensive full-time training program. Attendance is mandatory Monday through Friday throughout the entire 10-week cohort. Participants must successfully complete all classroom, clinical, and clinic-based training requirements.

Your Career After the Cohort

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition directly into a full-time Medical Assistant position within Saint Luke's Physician Group at their assigned home clinic.
