Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and create a great first impression
• Room patients, obtain vitals and medical history
• Document accurately within the EMR
• Support providers during visits
• Perform blood draws, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection as permitted
• Register patients, support insurance verification, answer phones, schedule visits, and collect payments
• Keep documentation accurate and organized within the EMR
• Show up on time and ready to contribute
• Support teammates during busy shifts
• Help keep the clinic clean, smooth, and efficient
