POSITION SUMMARY
Functioning as a team member within a patient-centric care delivery model to provide high-quality service within the practice setting. Able to proficiently navigate multiple information technology platforms and applications. Provides direct patient care services under supervision, demonstrating ProMedica’s values to the patient.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Ability to promote excellent customer satisfaction and patient experience; work independently, prioritize, problem-solve, and collaborate effectively.
Certification: BLS (CPR) from AHA, must present current card at hire or obtain within 90 days.
Education: Completion of a recognized MA program at an accredited institution.
Experience: 1+ years in direct patient care preferred.
Certification: Relevant medical certification (e.g., MA, EMT, STNA) preferred.
