Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification within six months: CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, or NRCMA.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 0–2 years in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow through the site, escort patients, document vitals, allergies and visit reason.
• Assist practitioner with ECG, venipuncture, immunizations and CLIA-waived testing as directed.
• Prepare exam rooms, stock supplies, disinfect and maintain inventory; support opening/closing procedures.
• Interact with patients professionally to promote satisfaction and teamwork.

Education
