Mass General Brigham Community Physicians in Lawrence, MA is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support the Family Medicine suite onsite from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Medical Assistant to support our Family Medicine suite onsite Monday- Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm.
This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team of four Medical Assistants, where you'll build a strong partnership with your assigned provider while also having the support of a collaborative team. You'll work closely with your teammates, share knowledge, and provide cross-coverage when needed, creating a supportive environment where everyone works together to deliver excellent patient care.
The role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow. This role involves direct interaction with patients to ensure their comfort and address concerns, as well as collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to facilitate efficient care.
