Providence Medical Foundation is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA II) who will work under a licensed practitioner's delegation to support patient care. The MA II performs advanced clinical tasks, building on MA I responsibilities, and adheres to established policies and procedures in the assigned clinic/location.

This role requires completion of accredited MA training or apprenticeship, plus BLS certification within 30 days of hire and at least 6 months of healthcare/MA experience.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands-on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants or
• Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program or
• Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces or Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes the following clinical skills: obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 6 months of Healthcare experience
• 6 months of Medical Assistant experience

The Medical Assistant (MA II) works under the delegation of a licensed practitioner to perform duties as directed to assist in providing patient care to assigned patients. A Medical Assistant (MA II)performs all aspects of the Associate Medical Assistant (MA I) role and is fully competent in the clinical needs/functions for assigned clinic/location of work. An Medical Assistant (MA II) is expected to perform in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.

Required qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants or
• Coursework/Training: Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program or
