Qualifications

• Experience using EMR documentation, preferably EPIC.
• EPIC SuperUser or trainer experience preferred.
• Preceptor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates efficient patient flow and prepares patients for visits.
• Performs EMR documentation and maintains up-to-date records.
• Maintains clean environment and equipment, reports malfunctions.
• Communicates with patients in a respectful, caring manner.
• Supports quality improvement and process optimization initiatives.
