Featured Full‑Time Opportunity

Upon successful completion of the cohort, participants will transition into a full‑time Medical Assistant position with ENT Plaza . This opportunity allows you to apply the skills learned during the program while becoming an integral part of a primary care team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

What You'll Learn

Participants will receive comprehensive training in:

• Medical Terminology
• Anatomy & Physiology
• Body Systems
• Pharmacology
• Medication Administration
• Patient Safety & Infection Control
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Customer Service & Patient Care Excellence

Program Structure

• Weeks 1-5: Classroom instruction and skills development
• Weeks 5-8: Hands-on clinical training with an instructor
• Weeks 9-10: Orientation and training within your assigned home clinic alongside a Success Coach

Attendance Requirement

This is an intensive full-time training program . Attendance is mandatory Monday through Friday throughout the entire 10‑week cohort . Participants must successfully complete all classroom, clinical, and clinic‑based training requirements.

Your Career After the Cohort

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition directly into a full‑time Medical Assistant position within Saint Luke's Physician Group at their assigned home clinic.
