• Pre-visit plans, room patients and obtain vitals.
• Phlebotomy as needed; administer injections and coordinate vaccines.
• Assist providers with procedures; utilize EMR system to scan/download documents.

• Conduct telephone screening and cover front office responsibilities as needed.

Saint Luke’s Health System Multispecialty Clinics are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to be an integral part of our provider team that delivers high quality patient‑centric medical care to our community. This position is responsible for assisting providers in the evaluation, management and delivery of professional medical care in a busy multi‑specialty physician practice.
Specific duties include

• Provide an excellent patient experience by managing the flow of patients, providing excellent customer service, establishing rapport with patients and maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Conduct Pre-visit plans, room patients and obtain vitals
• Phlebotomy as needed
• Administer injections and coordinate vaccines
• Assist providers with procedures
• Utilize the EMR system and scan/download documents
• Complete various administrative tasks as needed such as prior authorizations, RX refills, etc.

• Cover front office responsibilities as needed
