Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations and document histories and vitals.
• Record immunizations and medication reconciliation as directed.
• Assist with procedures (laceration repair, pap/pelvic) and specimen collection.
• Input data into EMR and retrieve chart information as needed.
• Coordinate tests, referrals, and outside services when required.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock supplies and support day-to-day clinic operations.
• Attend required staff meetings and participate in ongoing training.
