This role works under the clinical supervision of the practice physician(s) and clinic supervisor/manager. The responsibilities include assisting physicians in patient examinations and treatments, rooming patients, obtaining and recording patient information, measuring vital signs, and preparing specimens for laboratory analysis. The role also involves mentoring and training new medical assistants. The estimated pay range is $19.15 - $24.90 per hour, depending on experience.
