Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of MA program or 1 year direct patient care experience.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at the front desk and manage telephone triage and scheduling.
• Take vitals and assist with basic patient care.
• Perform venipuncture and injections as directed by clinicians.
• Assist Nurse Practitioners with procedures and referrals within/outside the organization.
• Ensure smooth patient check-out and care coordination.
