Job summary

Munson Healthcare in Harbor Springs, MI is seeking a Medical Assistant for Little Traverse Primary Care. This full-time position offers a 30-hour weekly schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and a $6,750 sign-on bonus.

In this role you will perform clinical and administrative tasks, room and prepare patients, measure vitals, and document care. Credentialed and non-credentialed MA paths are described, with BLS and vaccine requirements.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Credentialed Medical Assistant from Munson Healthcare Credentialing Organization.
• BLS certification preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical and administrative tasks within the clinic.
• Room and prepare patients according to clinic checklists or procedures.
• Measure weight, height, oximetry, respiration, temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Complete required patient care documentation including histories and referrals.
• Assist with day-to-day operations to support patient care and teamwork.
