Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Location: Brentwood, with up to 40% travel required

Responsibilities:
- Check schedules, organize patient flow, accompany patients to exam rooms, assist with walking, transfers, dressing, specimen collection, and preparing for exams. Collect patient information, take vitals, perform screenings, and relay instructions to patients and families.
- Send/receive patient medical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
- Prepare patient rooms, set up instruments and equipment, clean between visits, manage inventory, and restock supplies.
- Comply with regulatory requirements (OSHA, CLIA, PA Department of Health), maintain confidentiality, and follow policies and procedures.
- Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, level one labs, assist physicians with procedures, and document patient information.
- Answer calls, provide patient education, obtain lab/x-ray reports, complete forms, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and manage charts.
- Administer injectable medications and vaccines under supervision, as appropriate.
