Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers in a structured outpatient clinic setting in Greensboro, NC and Winston-Salem, NC. This on-site role requires assisting during patient visits, supporting intake, and maintaining infection control in a community-focused environment serving seniors.

The position offers part-time scheduling (1-2 days/week), with typical hours 8:00am–5:00pm and a compensation of $28 per hour plus mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2 years of medical assistant experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Medical Assistant Certification or Registration preferred.
• Experience working with senior populations preferred.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during patient visits (providers are optometrist, podiatrist).
• Support patient intake and basic documentation.
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards.
• Assist with equipment setup and patient flow.
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team.
