Responsibilities

• Facilitate telehealth visits by setting up iPad or mobile device connections between patients and providers.
• Remain present during telehealth visits to assist with communication, positioning, and real-time needs.
• Obtain and document basic patient vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.).
• Support providers by relaying clinical information during virtual visits.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly prior to each appointment.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with facility staff, providers, and internal team members to coordinate care.
• Assist with light administrative or clinical tasks to support patient care operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in primary care, geriatrics, or assisted living/skilled nursing environments
• Experience with telehealth platforms or mobile health technology preferred
• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) required
• PRN/as-needed basis, with flexible scheduling based on provider and community needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying schedules and environments
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple locations within the business market area
