We’re looking for a Care Team Specialist (CTS) to join our collaborative, patient-centered clinic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting both clinical and administrative workflows to ensure high-quality care and a smooth patient experience.
Daily responsibilities include rooming patients, taking vital signs, collecting medical histories, preparing for visits, and assisting with exams and procedures. You’ll also manage test results based on protocols, support Epic in-basket and MyChart workflows, return patient calls, and help coordinate ongoing care. This position works closely with nurses and medical providers to support the overall management of patient care. Qualified candidates must have completed training as a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Paramedic, or EMT from an accredited program.
