Job summary

Peachtree Immediate Care in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a Medical Assistant (CMA/EMT/LPN) for a full-time, three 12-hour shift, rotating weekends regional float role across multiple clinics.

The ideal candidate will be a CMA, LPN or EMT with current BLS certification, strong interpersonal skills, and comfortable in a fast-paced urgent care setting. Proficiency in basic computer skills is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (certification preferred) or licensed as an LPN or EMT.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification (required).
• Reliable transportation to travel between regional locations.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Comfort in a fast-paced urgent care setting with varied medical responsibilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist medical providers with patient care, exams, and minor procedures.
• Perform vital signs, document patient information, and ensure accurate medical records.
• Conduct lab tests, administer medications, and perform wound care as directed.
• Maintain exam rooms and medical equipment in a clean, safe condition.
• Support occupational health services and radiographic imaging where applicable.
• Ensure high levels of patient comfort, answering questions and addressing concerns.
