Position Overview

Location: Robesonia, PA | Full-Time | FTE: 1.00 | Varied shifts and hours

Summary of Responsibilities
  • Lead front and back-office operations in a busy family practice setting.
  • Manage scheduling for administrative and clinical staff.
  • Order supplies, handle patient inquiries, and manage daily cash deposits.
  • Perform Point-of-Care testing, oversee quality control, and lead daily huddles.
  • Act as Immunization Coordinator and assist with staffing needs based on daily office requirements.
Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Assistant credential required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
  • Leadership experience as a supervisor or team lead preferred.
