SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Looking to Lead in the Berks County area? Look no further than Penn State Health Family Practice Robesonia! Situated on East Penn Avenue, the FP Robesonia office sees on average 120-150 patients/day, with Monday and Thursday being heavier patient flow days.

As the Clinical Supervisor (Medical Assistant) for this office, you will be expected to handle both front and back-office duties. At the front, you will be responsible for the scheduling of administrative staff, ordering all supplies, and tending to patient inquiries and questions. You will also be handling the weekly/daily cash deposits for the office.

In the back of the office, you will be expected to schedule clinical staff, perform Point-of-Care testing and quality control, head daily huddles, and act as Immunization Coordinator for the office. You will also be expected to work in staffing depending on the daily needs of the office.

The ideal MA Clinical Supervisor will have 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor, or in a lead position. Leadership and soft skills are needed in the ideal candidate for this position. The MA Clinical Supervisor will be expected to work 2-3 late evenings per week. Don’t wait – apply today!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Currently credentialed as a Certified Medical Assistant required.
  • Three (3) years of clinical experience required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Prior experience supervising medical staff preferred.
