Responsibilities

• Records vital signs and patient information; administers care within scope and documents in the EHR.
• Performs routine tests (EKG, vision/hearing screening); collects specimens for lab testing and point-of-care.
• Participates in patient education, team-based care, and quality improvement initiatives.
