Aurora Medical Group (AMG) is part of Advocate Health, a large nonprofit health system with numerous clinics across Wisconsin. This full-time role floats between Marinette, Menominee, Peshtigo, Oconto and Crivitz clinics, offering a 40-hour work week with shifts typically Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays, and a competitive pay range.

The position supports providers and patients as Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse, including vital signs, exams, injections, vaccinations,

Competenze

• GED or HS Equivalency Diploma required.
• LPN license required or eligible; BLS certification required within 45 days unless not required by department leader.
• MA: completion of accredited program or 2 years full-time MA experience within last 5 years.

Mansioni

• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.

Formazione

GED or HS Equivalency Diploma

LPN: Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completion of an accredited or approved program in Practical Nursing

MA: Completion of an accredited or approved program in Medical Assistant, or 2 years of verifiable full-time experience as a Medical Assistant within the last 5 years
