Providence Swedish is seeking a Medical Assistant II to support patient care under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. This role encompasses all MA I responsibilities and requires full clinical competency for the assigned clinic/location, conforming to policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants.
• Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program.
• Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces.
• Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration.
• Within 30 days of hire: Washington MA Certification (M.A.C).
• Within 6 months Healthcare experience.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
