Qualifications

Your Role With Us

Located in South Salem, Skyline Village is the largest family practice clinic in our group, comprising a multi-specialty team of over 20 primary care physicians, advanced practice clinicians, care management, RN triage, medical assistants, clinical pharmacists, social workers, and PMHNPs, along with onsite specialty and lab services.

Primary Functions
  1. Assess patients, obtain brief history, alert physicians to potential emergencies, recognize critical data, and report changes appropriately.
  2. Assess and document vital signs and pertinent information upon admission; reassess following interventions.
  3. Coordinate execution of physician orders, determine care priorities, and intervene outside normal protocols.
  4. Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure continuity of care.
  5. Provide discharge instructions, involve family members, refer for future care, and share community resource info.
  6. Perform waived laboratory tests, maintain competency, and ensure quality control.
  7. Accurately document encounters in Epic Ambulatory, ensuring clarity for follow-up.
  8. Adhere to organizational, departmental, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
