Longevity Medical Clinic PLLC in Kirkland, WA is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) for a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule with no weekends. Features include 100% employer-paid medical/dental/vision, a 4% 401(k) match, 15 days of PTO, and 11 paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have MA-C credential (Washington state).
• One year outpatient experience preferred; new graduates with MA-C credential encouraged to apply.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred; willing to develop this skill.
• Excellent computer and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing blood draws, vitals, and lab specimen processing.
• Assisting with medication start appointments and patient education.
• Preparing test results and documentation for physicians.

$27–$31 per hour + $1,000 sign-on bonus

Join a physician-led clinic where medical assistants have time to build relationships with patients and play a meaningful role in their ongoing care. Longevity Medical Clinic is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant-Certified for our Kirkland location.

This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule with no weekends, 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision insurance, a 4% 401(k) match, 15 days of PTO during the first year, and 11 paid holidays.

What You'll Do:

As a Medical Assistant at Longevity Medical Clinic, you will play a key role in supporting both our physicians and patients.

• Performing blood draws, vitals, and lab specimen processing
• Assisting with medication start appointments and patient education

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) credential
• One year of outpatient experience is preferred, but qualified new graduates with an active Washington MA-C credential are encouraged to apply.
• Phlebotomy experience is preferred, but we will consider a newly credentialed MA with strong clinical aptitude and a willingness to develop this skill
• Excellent computer and documentation skills
• Strong communication and patient service skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
