Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant at Maria Parham to identify patient needs and document basic medical history. You will assist during examinations and ensure documentation supports medical necessity in the chart.

The role requires CMA/CCMA/RMA certification within a year of hire, HS diploma, and BLS certification. 1 year of experience is preferred, with comprehensive benefits and in-person work environment.

What we're looking for- a compassionate medical assistant with a deep understanding of physician practices and patient care.

Applicants Should Have

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification is required within a year of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification though the American Heart Association is required upon hire.
• One year of experience preferred
