Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience utilizing excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, escort to exam room, take vitals, and document chief complaint.
• Respond to incoming patient calls and relay information to clinician for continuity of care.
• Communicate lab results, orders, and medication instructions to patients.
