Duly Health and Care in Schaumburg, IL, is seeking a Medical Assistant for a full-time daytime schedule. You will greet patients, take vital signs, and support physicians during exams, with potential immunizations.

You will also assist with chart updates, lab testing, prescription processes, and patient communication, delivering strong customer service in a team-focused environment. The role requires a high school diploma and an MA program credential; CPR is required or must be obtained after

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or related health sciences coursework.
• Active Medical Assistant certification through AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA preferred or required.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain on hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, and vital signs.
• Provide support to physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
• Assist patients with prescription requests and pharmacy communications.
• Conduct onsite lab testing (EKG, pulmonary function, glucose, urine tests).
• Maintain clean, welcoming exam rooms and perform chart updates.
• Deliver strong customer service aligned with CARE values.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
