Qualifications

• Training: Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or relevant certification preferred.
• Experience: Prior ambulatory clinic or C&P experience preferred.
• Skills: Phlebotomy is a MUST; EKGs/PFTs experience valued.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient with Office 365 and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Patient Advocacy: Welcome and guide claimants with empathy and professionalism.
• Clinical Intake: Document medical histories and record vital signs.
• Diagnostic Testing: Perform EKGs, PFTs, vision and audiometry screenings.
• Phlebotomy: Conduct blood draws for required tests.
• Provider Support: Prepare charts and assist with IMO research.
• Clinic Operations: Keep rooms clean, organized, and stocked.
