Job summary

National Spine & Pain Centers is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our Delray Beach office. You will support front and back office operations and help maintain smooth patient flow during busy clinic days.

Experience with electronic medical records is preferred; CMA/RMA certification is a plus. The role offers weekday hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm with paid time off, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a compassionate, patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program preferred OR two years of clinical Medical Assisting experience.
• CMA/RMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and support the needs of the Provider(s) and patients by managing daily patient flow.
• Monitor clinical messages and relay responses between providers and patients.
• Prepare exam, procedure, and recovery rooms before and after each patient.
• Take and record patients’ vitals and note changes or concerns.
• Document patient charts with studies, meds, allergies, and provider orders.
• Provide discharge and follow-up instructions and educational materials.

National Spine & Pain Centers is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant to join our team of highly trained, caring professionals at our office in Delray Beach.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday (no weekends or holidays)
• Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Responsibilities: front and back office

Job Responsibilities

• Anticipate and support the needs and preferences of the Provider(s) and patients by managing daily patient flow and acting as a constant liaison between the Provider(s) and patients.
• Monitor clinical messages by effectively communicating information to the Provider(s) and relaying associated responses back to patients.
• Organize, clean, and prepare exam, procedure, and recovery rooms before and after each patient.
• Take and record patients’ vitals, noting any changes or areas of concern.
• Complete documentation for patient charts by obtaining diagnostic studies (e.g., labs, X-rays, path reports, etc.); reviewing current medications, dosage, and dosage schedule; noting any allergies; and recording Provider(s’) orders and prescriptions.
• Provide patients with any needed discharge/follow-up instructions, educational brochures, and dietary requirements

Job Requirements

• A high school degree or equivalent education and training
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program preferred OR a minimum of two (2) years of clinical Medical Assisting experience
• CMA/RMA certification preferred
• Experience with electronic medical records
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating resourcefulness and proactivity
