Job summary

ADCS Clinics LLC in Beaver, PA is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dermatology and cosmetic surgery team. You will deliver high-quality patient care, support clinical staff, and engage patients with compassionate service in a fast-paced dermatology setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating skin symptoms, taking medical histories, educating patients on treatments, and assisting with non-invasive procedures. CPR certification or ability to obtain within 4 weeks is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be computer literate.
• CPR certification strongly preferred or able to obtain within 4 weeks.
• Ability to learn medical terminology and vital signs.
• Dermatology experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate skin conditions of patients.
• Update and assess patient medical history.
• Record patients' dermatological symptoms.
• Analyze information about skin health conditions.
• Explain treatment options to patients.
• Assist in non-intrusive medical procedures.
• Educate patients on preventive skin care.
• Screen patients and staff upon entry.

Duties to include:

• Evaluating skin conditions of patients
• Assessing & updating medical history of patients
• Keeping a record of patients’ dermatological symptoms
• Analyzing info regarding the conditions of skin health
• Informing patients about proper and available treatments
• Conducting non-intrusive medical surgeries
• Educating patients about preventive skin care
• Screening patients and employees daily upon entry

Qualifications include:
