The role emphasizes customer service, computer literacy, and dermatology knowledge; CPR is preferred or obtainable within 4 weeks. A one-year dermatology background is desirable, with potential opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn medical terminology and vital signs.
• CPR certification strongly preferred or able to obtain within 4 weeks of employment.
• At least one year of Dermatology experience preferred.
• MA certificate of completion/diploma from medical vocational program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating skin conditions of patients.
• Assessing & updating medical history of patients.
• Keeping a record of patients’ dermatological symptoms.
• Analyzing information regarding skin health conditions.
• Informing patients about proper and available treatments.
• Conducting non-intrusive medical procedures.
• Educating patients about preventive skin care.
• Screening patients and employees daily upon entry.
