is hiring a Medical Assistant for our Family Medicine team at the Battle Ground location. You will room patients, collect information, prepare patients for examination, and support the delivery of patient care with hands-on training to work at the top of your scope.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a nationally recognized MA certification or formal MA program or military medical services training or EMT training.
• Must obtain WA State Medical Assistant credential within the required timeframe.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• Experience with electronic health records; Epic experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Room patients, collect patient information, and prepare patients for examination.
• Support the delivery of patient care and assist clinicians as needed.
• Work at the top of scope with hands-on training.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and coordinate with care teams.

Position Overview

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Medical Assistant for our Family Medicine team at our Battle Ground location. In this role, you will room patients, collect patient information, prepare patients for examination, support the overall delivery of patient care, and receive additional hands-on training to work at the top of your scope.

Location

Location: Battle Ground (2005 W Main St, Battle Ground, WA 98604)

Schedule

Schedule: Monday through Friday. Variable start times between 7:00am and 7:30am, with end times between 4:30pm and 5:30pm, based on departmental needs.

Compensation

Hiring range starts at $20.59/hour to $24.68/hour and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Active WA State Department of Health Medical Assistant-Certified credential, hiring range starts at $22.25/hour and goes up based on experience.

Pay Range: $20.19 - $28.27

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Required completion of one of the following: Combination of experience and training resulting in a nationally recognized MA certificationorcompletion of a formal MA programorformal medical services training program of the United States Armed Forcesor*EMT training and certificationorexperienced and licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Must obtain Washington State Medical Assistant credential within the required timeframe and maintain active status throughout employment.
• Current healthcare provider BLS required
• Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred
