The Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Medical Assistant for our Family Medicine team in Battle Ground, WA. You will room patients, collect information, prepare for exams, and support patient care while receiving hands-on training to work at the top of your scope.

Location is Battle Ground; schedule is Monday–Friday with variable start/end times. Compensation includes a competitive range with opportunities based on experience and credentials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Combination of experience and training resulting in a nationally recognized MA certification or completion of a formal MA program.
• EMT training and certification or licensure as CNA considered.
• Current WA State MA credential or ability to obtain within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain/record patient information.
• Prepare patients for examination and assist clinical team.

In this role, you will room patients, collect patient information, prepare patients for examination, support the overall delivery of patient care, and receive additional hands-on training to work at the top of your scope. **Location:** Battle Ground (2005 W Main St, Battle Ground, WA 98604) **Schedule:** Monday through Friday. **Variable start times** between 7:00am and 7:30am, with end times between 4:30pm and 5:30pm, based on departmental needs. **Hiring range** starts at $20.59/hour to $24.68/hour and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. Active WA State Department of Health Medical Assistant-Certified credential, hiring range starts at $22.25/hour and goes up based on experience. **Requirements:** * High School diploma or equivalent* Required completion of one of the following: Combination of experience and training resulting in a nationally recognized MA certification or completion of a formal MA program or formal medical services training program of the United States Armed Forces or \\*EMT training and certification or experienced and licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
