Medical Assistant – Apprentice, 12‑month paid apprenticeship (non‑exempt). The program offers 2,000 hours of clinical training and structured coursework to prepare apprentices for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam. Apprentices work with experienced care teams in a patient‑centered medical home model, supporting all clinic staff in delivering respectful, high‑quality care.
Starting wage: $21.30 per hour.
Hourly work schedule: Monday – Friday with some weekends.
Full‑time apprentices (30hours or more) receive an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, long‑term disability, EAP, 24 days of paid time off plus 10 paid holidays, and a 401(k) retirement option.
