Job Summary
The medical assistant is responsible for the care and treatment of clients in a medical office as directed by a physician. They work under the supervision of the provider to ensure that quality care is provided to adult and pediatric patients.
Essential Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited school of medical assisting with knowledge of current trends and techniques in medical assisting. Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred; BLS required. Previous experience is also preferred.
