Mass General Brigham is seeking a Medical Assistant to join the Allergy team at 40 Tremont Street. The role blends hands-on clinical care with patient-facing administrative duties, including greeting patients, rooming, and preparing exam spaces.

Location: 40 Tremont Street. Schedule: 32 hours per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.; Saturday, 7:0 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Join our Allergy team as a Medical Assistant and play an important role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience for patients from the moment they arrive through the completion of their visit. In this role, you will partner closely with providers, nurses, and other members of the care team to support high-quality patient care while also helping keep daily clinic operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for a Medical Assistant who enjoys a blend of hands-on clinical care and patient-facing administrative responsibilities. In addition to rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, documenting information, preparing exam rooms, and supporting procedures, Medical Assistants in this practice also perform front desk duties such as greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, supporting patient check-in/check-out, and assisting with general office needs.
