Qualifications

• An associate degree or higher is required.
• Current Florida Certified Medical Assistant (BMO) is preferred.
• Current valid Medical Assistant Certification: RMA, CMA, or NCMA Required.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the college level; and a minimum of 3 years of work experience in field.
• Must have 3+ years teaching at college level and 3+ years field work.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office, Adobe, and information systems.

At Northbridge University we are looking for a Medical Assistant Adjunct Instructor!

Our Medical Assistant Adjunct Instructor is designed to prepare students to obtain entry-level employment as medical assistant technicians. This program offers students the opportunity to learn the necessary knowledge and skills both in the classroom and in a supervised clinical practice or capstone. The students learn how to prepare patients for various technical examinations, such as EKGs and phlebotomy, as well as how to perform several such procedures.

• An associate degree or higher is required.
• Current Florida Certified Medical Assistant (BMO) is preferred.
• Current valid Medical Assistant Certification: RMA, CMA, or NCMA Required.
• A combination of work experience and/or required credentials in the field they will be teaching Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience at the college level; preferably in the proprietary school setting; and a minimum of 3 years of work experience in field
• All positions require exceptional computer skills using Microsoft Office applications, Adobe and familiar with information systems; available to deliver the course using diverse resources; strong verbal and written communication skills.
