OptumCare is seeking a Medical Assistant for the Pahrump, NV location to support providers and the care team in delivering high-quality, efficient clinics. You will perform back-office tasks such as injections, phlebotomy, diagnostics, and general patient care to ensure an outstanding experience.

We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus, 10% shift differential, overtime eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program, or relevant experience.
• Current CPR and/or BLS certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent patient service.
• Administer injections and medications.
• Perform phlebotomy and diagnostic testing.
• Support clinical procedures and patient care.
• Conduct quality screenings and surveys.
