Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program, or Military Medic program.
• Current CPR and / or BLS certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Back-office support to assist providers in clinics, including injections, testing, phlebotomy, and surveys.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain quality standards.
• Support operational workflows and ensure patient care is delivered smoothly.
