Responsibilities

• Performs general patient care tasks including scheduling, managing patient flow, recording blood pressure, height and weight, and assisting with exams and procedures.
• Assists with pre-visit planning and prepares patient for examination and treatment.
• Handles clerical duties such as charting, medical records, forms, and referral information as needed.
• Maintains infection control, sterile technique, room setup, equipment checks, and safety protocols.
• Supports patient education and helps with data collection for quality improvement.
