Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of clinical practice experience.
• BLS (American Heart Association) and CMA certification required at start.

Responsibilities

• Perform general patient care tasks: check schedules, record vitals, assist with exams and procedures, and relay instructions to patients/families.
• Support patient flow and rooming, accompany patients to exam/procedure areas, and assist with phlebotomy, injections, and specimen collection.
• Complete clerical tasks as assigned, manage records, and ensure chart readiness for encounters.
• Maintain sterile technique, cleaning of rooms and equipment, stock supplies, and assist with safety and QA activities.
• Participate in clinic huddles and quality improvement initiatives; other duties as assigned.
